📖 有飲開波爾多白酒嘅酒友可能都聽過白酒之父Denis Dubourdieu🥂Dubourdieu家族喺1794已經開始釀酒，1949年Denis出世後為家族寫下輝煌嘅一頁✨有擁有5間自家酒莊，當中Chateau Doisy-Daene嘅頂級甜白L'Extravagant已經拎過無數98 99分，近年酒價已經比d'yquem更高🤯🔝曾經仲係d'yquem同Pavillon Blanc du Chateau Margaux嘅釀酒顧問🤯盡顯身價💯

但Denis本人就認為同老婆Florence Dubourdieu一齊建立嘅心血Clos Floridene 帆船酒莊⛵先係一生最大的成就🥺酒莊名Floridene亦係結合咗兩人個名而成💏從1982年買入只有2公頃嘅老滕Semillon同Muscadelle嘅葡萄園，發展到今日三十幾公頃📈開頭亦只喺另一自家酒莊Chateau Reynon釀造，去到2004年先有獨立釀酒設備，2018年先完成哂所有翻新，咁多年嘅努力絕對係心血結晶💎但好可惜Denis喺2016年已經離開咗我地🙏🏻睇唔到完工之日😢Decanter亦喺同年2016嘅較早時間已經選Denis為年度人物，及時肯定Denis嘅成就🙇🏻‍♂️🙏🏻

Denis一直為酒界奉獻，作為波爾多大學教授嘅佢發表超過200份論文，當中包括長相思等品種嘅香氣分子識別，令波爾多白酒由六十年代嘅低質甜型，進化到今時今日充滿各款又靚又貴嘅頂級波爾多白酒🙌🏻但大家唔好以為佢只專精白酒，Pope of wine, Wine's most famous scientist呢啲稱號絕對唔止White wine🍷其實好多頂級酒莊嘅紅酒例如Cheval Blanc, Haut Bailly, Pichon Laladne等都係搵Denis做顧問，紅白酒酒夾埋為超過70間酒莊擔任釀酒顧問，相信實力都無容置疑💪🏻

Denis亦創立葡萄及葡萄酒科學研究中心，致力研究亦同時教育下一代，所以欣慰嘅係第四代嘅兩個仔Fabrice同Jean Jacques Dubourdieu都盡得武功，喺之後嘅年份都保持一貫嘅超高水準同分數，令傳奇繼續傳承👨‍👦‍👦

被稱為白酒教父，一生精力投放在提升波爾多白葡萄酒的水平，怎樣提取白葡萄酒的最大香氣和新鮮果味、去除長相思的青草味、讓波爾多白酒穩佔世界白酒舞台一重要席位，不讓布根地白酒專美，Denis Dubourdiue 的地位和功勞可謂舉足輕重，而他的幾款白酒出品當中，尤以Clos Floridene最具代表性，充滿礦物氣息、檸檬🍋、青檸、蜜瓜🍈、柑橘🍊、烤麵包🥖，怡人的水果味道，清爽、清晰而乾脆， 是一支令人愛不釋手的傳統波爾多白酒👍🏻


🏅Wine Advocate 88-90 pts
The 2020 Clos Floridene Blanc leaps from the glass with notes of Granny Smith apples, grapefruit and wild sage, plus wafts of wet pebbles and oyster shell. The medium-bodied palate delivers a good intensity of citrusy flavors with a crisp backbone and a steely finish.

🏅Wine Spectator 91 pts
Very focused, with a streamlined set of lemon peel, fleur de sel and verbena notes that are long and finely tuned through the finish. Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Muscadelle. 

🏅Decanter 90 pts
Yellow-green reflections, soft citrus notes where a slate minerality gives whispers of freshness together with subtle sage and rosemary. This really grows in the glass, but does not have the immediate grip and punch of some vintages of Clos Floridène, and for me it is the red that shines in the vintage.

🏅Vinous 89 pts
The 2020 Clos Floridène Blanc is bright, airy and gracious. Lemon peel, almond, white flowers, mint, dried herbs and sage are nicely lifted. In most vintages, the Blanc has a bit more creaminess, but in 2020 is decidedly on the more linear and taut side of things.
