Domaine De Cibadies 於1978年被 Bonfils 家族 Jean-Michel Bonfils 收購，成為整個釀酒集團的企業總部。至今，Jean-Michel Bonfils 巳建立起總共擁有1200公頃葡萄園的巨大王國，旗下葡萄園大多座落在Languedoc，2007年入主了 Montagne Saint-Emilion 的 Chateau Coucy 與 Domaine de La Motte。

葡萄園位於山丘上，土釀充滿礦物質，酒體礦物感及層次豐富，95公頃的園地有50公頃種植Chardonnay葡萄，經過On Lees過程，令酒體更富圓潤感。

📝實試報告:

微黃酒色，散發出黃色水果氣息，如黃桃、檸檬🍋、柚皮及絲絲奶油感。入口帶上葡萄柚、梨子🍐、青蘋果🍏、香草等。而受惠於當地地中海氣候風土🌬️以及土壤構成，入口豐郁且礦物感強。相較起波爾多那邊白酒口感不算太Dry，整體平衡，酸度良好，入口圓潤圓渾，餘韻也是不錯👍🏻。又係一支性價比高，飯局宴會應用無投訴酒款，值得你試試。
