今次帶俾大家呢間來自Chablis 區嘅超明星酒莊Domaine Jean-Paul et Benoit Droin, 酒莊本身已有近500年歷史, 但自從Benoit Droin於2002年接手父親嘅酒莊後, 成功把酒莊推至另一高度, 成為並肩Vincent Dauvissat同 Raveneau嘅Chablis三巨頭! 呢支白酒除左一貫Chablis區嘅礦物感外, 仲有令人難忘嘅白花同啤梨香氣!尾韻亦十分悠長! 所以大家記住唔好錯過呢支拎獎拎到手軟, 好評如潮嘅Chablis喇! 由法國老牌雜誌RVF評價為最高級嘅3星級酒莊, 到出名手梗嘅Clive Coates MW都俾佢2星級嘅肯定, 已經係Chablis區入面最優秀嘅評價 今次呢支仲要係來自Chablis最好嘅特級園Les Clos, “The soil is rocky and very well drained. 歷史
1537年之前， Droin的家族已經在Chablis開始種植葡萄，而時至今日當中經歷了不同考驗，Droin先祖一直保住園地，成就今日的酒莊。現時酒莊共有26公頃，分布在CHABLIS 不同區塊/ 級別，共釀製21 款酒。
Jean-Paul Droin於1965年開始在酒莊工作，當時年僅14歲。1981年建立正式的酒窖。從1984年至1987年，Jean-Paul和他的妻子Catherine在市中心購買土地並重建了一個新酒窖。 而在Chablis的家庭葡萄園的重新種植繼續進行。 2014年， Jean-Paul正式退休。
Benot Droin在就讀於博恩葡萄酒學院並在第戎獲得了國家釀酒學文憑後，於1999年加入該領域。在大克魯山坡的山腳下建立了第二家釀酒廠。並得到更好的發展。他家的酒出售至法國和全球50個國家/地區。
地質特徵
Chablis 典型的 Kimmeridgian Marly 石灰石上。卵石狀的石灰石脈石包含著名的微觀化石生蠔：“exogyra virgula”。藍色黏土的脈使葡萄酒具有傳奇般的礦物質味。致使Chablis 成為海鮮最好伙伴，尤其是貝殼類。Droin 著重突出不同風土，並帶有一點自然酒風格，用本地酵母發酵，部分用不銹鋼桶發酵，部分用桶裝。特意於不同酒款用上不同比例的木桶，這款 Montée de Tonnerre 而新桶只用了10%，，在採收時更是刻意提早一些以保留葡萄明亮酸度，輕輕過濾並裝瓶。在勃艮第20家RVF (La Revue du Vin de France) 三星莊裡，Chablis 只占三席，Jean-Paul & Benoit Droin 就是其中之一。相較於其他兩家（Raveneau 和 Dauvissat），Jean-Paul & Benoit Droin 有著旗鼓相當的高品質，但價格卻相當實惠，如此超值的鼎尖佳釀，豈容錯過！

The2009 Chablis Les Clos is striking in the way it saturates the palate in alldimensions with gorgeous inner perfume and layers of textured, brilliant fruit.Saline notes appear on the mid-palate and finish, giving the wine furtherintensity, focus and harmony. Hints of smokiness and crushed rocks wrap aroundthe close. Here, too, the 50% oak is very nicely integrated.

Ahighly expressive ripe nose of white flower, spice, stone and pear leads toimpressively rich and broad-scaled flavors that possess ample amounts ofextract that coat and stain the palate on the strikingly long finish. Like theGrenouilles, this is not especially refined but it is certainly imposing yetfor all of the size and weight, the balance is impeccable.

Palecolor. Slightly reduced aromas of lemon, toast, smoke and oyster shell. Denseand firm but remarkably showy today, with harmonious acidity nicely framingflavors of stone fruits, spices and silex. This comes across as more open todaythan the Montee de Tonnerre owing to its volume. Finishes with impressivelemony lift and excellent energy.
