🔎一提起Beaujolais大家第一個想法應該是Beaujolais Nouveau，但係 Beaujolais不僅只有新酒，自從小編去年上過Master Class 便深深愛上這產區，不論質量、價格、甚至10個Cru 當中呈現不同風格和風土變化，薄酒萊的酒已經不再停留新鮮簡單的層面，Beaujolais位於Burgundy的南部，很多人對他的過去並不瞭解，有好長時間，無論係作為一個著名酒區，又或是一個風景如畫的小鎮，Beaujolais似乎只能活在Burgundy的光環之下。Beaujolais寂寞了好幾個世紀，直到上個世紀的70年代，才成為獨立的法定葡萄酒產區，全球75%的Gamay葡萄酒都來自Beaujolais，然而大部分Gamay釀造的葡萄酒只能貼上比較初級“Beaujolais”或者“Beaujolais Nouveau”的標籤，少部分高質量並且具陳存能力的才能貼上更高等級的”Beaujolais Village”或者”Beaujolais Cru”，這些Cru 更貼近Burgundy的風格，但價格會比Burgundy親民得多。Beaujolais Cru 總有10個，全部位於Beaujolais 的北部的精華部份，有Brouilly、Cotes de Brouilly、Chenas、Chiroubles、Fleurie（Queen of Beaujolais）、Julienas、Moulin a Vent（King of Beaujolais）、Morgon、Regnie、Saint-Amour。這10個村莊生產最優秀的Beaujolais。

Fleurie Les Chenes 這款酒由釀酒師Lucien LARDY的兒子Yohan 主理，充分保留了Gamay的果香，而且通過在法國橡木桶中陳釀12個月獲得順滑的單寧。

👅📝實試紀錄Tasting Note: 玫瑰🌹花香四溢，讓你感覺置身於花圃當中，帶濃郁的草莓、櫻桃、山楂、楊桃、少許甘草和薄荷，入口單寧順滑軟綿，極像Margaux 女性的溫柔風，回甘有肉桂和胡椒，酒體平衡，加凍至12-14度，整個酒的精華都濃縮起來，入口是水果的自然甜美，聞到的是優雅的花香，有清新的酸度，柔滑的單寧，酒體綿密細緻，飲住杯酒不其然想起那份初戀純真的甜美，真係唔需食Wasabi 都能夠喊得出「我係真心愛你架💕💕」

Named after the oak trees close to the vineyard and aged an extra year, this cuvée is always impressive. It has dark, dense tannins as well as powerful black-cherry fruits and a beautifully perfumed aftertaste. Rich and structured, the wine will age well.
