安傑維勒侯爵酒莊（Domaine Marquis d'Angerville）地處沃爾內（Volnay）村,是勃艮第最知名的酒莊之一，曾被羅伯特·帕克（Robert Parker）評為世界上最好的酒莊之一。這裏被稱為“沃爾內的精神指針”，在勃艮第有著非凡的歷史意義，200多年來屹立不搖。
安傑維勒侯爵酒莊的歷史從1804年開始，那一年，當時擔任歐坦（Autun） 市副市長的梅斯尼爾男爵(Baron du Mesnil)，在沃爾內買下了一些葡萄園，創立了該酒莊。19 世紀末期，梅斯尼爾男爵的女兒嫁入安傑維勒家族。後來酒莊由他們的兒子塞姆·安傑維勒（Shem d'Angerville）接管。塞姆·安傑維勒因不滿於虛假的葡萄酒釀造和亂貼標記的不法酒商，於是帶領著勃艮第大大小小的酒莊，開創了酒莊自行裝瓶的先例。如今，很多勃艮第酒莊仍然堅持只用自家種植 的葡萄釀酒，並且自行裝瓶進行售賣。
2003年，塞姆·安傑維勒的孫子吉拉姆·安傑維勒（Guillaume d'Angerville）放棄了巴黎的事業，與在酒莊工作多年的堂兄弟合作，延續著這個家族酒莊的精神和品質。他在思考過酒莊的核心價值後，決定在酒莊內實施眾多改革，如：推行自然動力栽種法；摒棄化學農藥，以提高葡萄自身對病蟲的抵禦能力。
該酒莊的葡萄園 占地15公頃，其中有11公頃是一級葡萄園，這些葡萄園均坐落在面向東南的坡地上，土壤以粘土和石灰石混合的泥灰卵型小石子為主，淺薄的上層土壤迫使葡萄 樹往下紮根至深層的土壤中，吸取更多的微量元素。而且，這裏岩質的地表，還能在白天吸收太陽熱能，再將其反射至葡萄串上，以利成熟。再配合自2006年起 開始轉型的自然動力栽種法，其葡萄酒的高品質，自然不在話下。
在葡萄酒釀制方面，該酒莊堅持傳統做法，在發酵過程中不添加任何成分，讓葡萄進行自然發酵。在為期8到10天的發酵過程中，最高溫度可達到35°C。發酵過 後的汁液會靜置2到3天，以使酒渣沉澱。之後，葡萄酒會放入橡木桶中進行陳年。為了避免橡木味掩蓋葡萄酒中的細膩口感，新橡木桶的使用比例不會超過 35%。裝瓶前會進行澄清和輕微的過濾。 該酒莊出產的葡萄酒年產量十分有限，僅有千箱的數量，其中最出名的要數單一葡萄園貓頭鷹 （Clos des Ducs）所產的葡萄酒。此外，酒莊也生產塔耶皮埃（Taillepieds）和香盼（Champans）等葡萄園的葡萄酒。安傑維 勒侯爵葡萄酒的風格從不過分強烈。相反，它們是那麼地優雅、純粹而精緻

I was mildly surprised to find a bit of reduction in the bottled version though not enough to completely hide the otherwise ripe, pure and highly complex red berry fruit aromas nuanced by a hint of iron oxide (a rusty earth character) that precedes rich, full and intense flavors that carry sleek muscle and real punch and power, all wrapped in a serious, chiseled and built to age finish. This is a wonderfully impressive wine that has the touch of youthful austerity that Champans always seems to display. Be sure to decant this for 30 minutes first as it improved noticeably with air.

Tasted assembled from tank on the eve of its bottling, d'Angerville's 2006 Volnay Champans offers a surprisingly austere and stonily mineral rendition of its site. That said, there is also abundant sweet, lightly-cooked cherry fruit, augmented on the nose by suggestions of talcum and bittersweet herbal extracts. Concentration and a sense of high extract here are by no means incompatible with refinement and buoyancy. I just wish the wine would open up and show a bit more color and seductiveness, but that may come.
