💁🏻‍♀️一提起法國的汽泡酒，很多人第一時間會聯想起香檳，香檳是凡指法規上在香檳區所釀造，並採用傳統式 (Traditional Method) 所釀的汽泡酒才能叫香檳🍾。而對於酒莊在法國香檳區以外，就算在釀酒方式上與香檳釀法完全一樣的，也不能稱上香檳，有很多酒莊感到不平，於是規範法定產區機構INAO便發起以Cremant加上產區名稱來代表用Traditional Method所釀造的汽泡酒。

 

💁🏻‍♂️侏羅汽泡酒正式被官方稱為Cremant de Jura是由1995年開始，所以市場上面有這款汽酒只是這25年間的事。在侏羅區，但凡用上指定葡萄🍇 (Chardronnay、Pinot Noir、Poulsard、Savagnin、Pinot Gris及Trousseau)而經過傳統製法 (TraditionalMethod)所釀造的汽泡酒，也可稱上AOC Cremant de Jura。Crement的質感絕對近似香檳，但價錢就平易近人得多，所以在市場上愈來愈受關注❤️‍🔥。



 

🔎精品酒莊Domaine Overnoy，坐落於侏羅南面的Orbagna地區，即知名酒莊Labet 及 Ganevat所坐落的Rotailer隔鄰。酒莊主人是非常年青而天才橫溢的GillaumeOvernoy 👦🏻，今年只是24歲。2013年開始接手家族5.5公頃的酒莊，一接手便實行有機及依據生物動力法法則去種植♻️，不使用農藥、不添加Sulfur，甚至以不干預自然環境的心態做種植，讓葡萄靠天然環境的養份及自身力量健康成長。Gillaume深信有了健康的葡萄便能釀造好酒。此酒款用上100% Chardonnay，經過人手採收葡萄後，會進行發酵，及後進行on lees 長達30個月才出售，加強圓潤感及Toasty感覺。



 

📝實試報告:

金黃色酒色，帶上細緻而持久的汽泡。香氣帶上誘人的青蘋果🍐、青檸、多士、酵母、烘焙及絲絲白花香。入口帶上油潤感，round，能感受到檸檬、白桃、烤烘餅乾、麵包🍞、果仁以及礦物味道等等。酸度適中良好、層次多元且口感厚實、平衡而優雅、餘韻悠長。是一支性價比極高的法國汽泡酒，小編大力推薦👍🏻。

 

📝TastingNote:

A vein of bright golden yellow with a nuttyimpact on the nose, from a long evolution on the lees, with lots of pulpyfruit, sunny, round, long, rather savory, with a hint of shell and vinousreturn.
