Patrick Javillier 酒莊位於法國Burgundy 的 Cote de Beaune的子產區Meursault，是該產區內的一座精品式酒莊。Javillier family 早在幾個世紀以前便開始在Meursault地區種植葡萄，並一直延續至今 (共11 公頃，位於Côte de Beaune，全新的 Bourgogne Côte d’Or及 AOC 村級，一級園及特級園。) 1945年，Raymond Javillier 接管了家族的企業，打理著葡萄園，而他自己則作為一名葡萄酒代理商奔波於法國和其他出口國家的葡萄酒市場。1969年，Raymond的兒子Patrick Javillier開始學習釀酒學。1973年，Patrick 獲得了釀酒學的國家文憑，並在1974年釀成了自己的第一個年份。酒莊並沒有太多的一級園，卻因此更著力突顯其村級田的風土實力。而酒莊仍然使用機械式的 Vaslin 榨汁機，雖然相較於氣墊式壓力較大，且汁較渾濁又易氧化，但常能釀出更有個性的風格，又採用更長的On lees 處理，成就陳存力更耐久的白酒。新桶不多，特級園甚至全無新桶，經十二個月的橡木桶發酵培養，後於水泥酒槽再培養數月後裝瓶。酒風相當嚴謹結實。

布根地酒評人Clive Coates大師讚譽Patrick Javillier是 “The King of Meursault”！大師Allen Meadows也誇讚在Meursault內，以村級酒款的精彩程度來看，幾乎無人能及Patrick Javllier！《The Great Domaine of Burgundy》一書中也將其列為Meursault產區的典範！著名酒評家 Jancis Robinson 曾在她的文章中不只一次對Patrick Javillier大加讚賞：Patrick Javillier優秀的葡萄園管理讓它的村級酒格外長壽。

Les Clousots

這款乾白的釀酒葡萄來自Meursault的兩座優質葡萄園，Les Clous 和 Les Crotots葡萄園。Les Clous 位於Meursault 山坡的頂部，坡向東面，葡萄園粘土的深度約為1米，這裡的 Chardonnay 較為晚熟，能發展出複雜的風味之餘，又可保持清爽的酸度。而 Les Crotots 則位於一級園 les Porusots 的下方，是粘土、石灰岩土壤，礦物感豐富。

Bright, light yellow-green. Aromas of lime oil, lime leafand nectarine. Dense and seamless in the mouth; less exotic than the Clos duCromin owing to its chewy saline minerality. Nicely balanced and energetic,with the flavors of lime, pineapple and stone conveying subtle aromatic lift.

A whisper of smoke can be found on the pretty floral,pear and apple compote-scented nose. There is more volume and power to themedium-bodied flavors that brim with dry extract that confers a lavish mouthfeel to the highly persistent and slightly firmer finish. This is also anextremely impressive Meursault villages and worth your attention.
