西班牙酒莊 Finca Rio Negro (黑河酒莊) 於1998年建立，位置在中部Cogolludo省，Castilla-La Mancha的北部，海拔約在950-1000米。莊主Jose Manuel Fuentes對釀造葡萄酒充滿熱誠，也對高海拔種植充滿信心，慢慢地酒莊從0.6公頃，發展到今天擁有17公頃的規模。Finca Rio Negro與任何其他葡萄園或原產地都有相當的距離 (起碼有60公里)，以及其1000米海拔高度，造就了獨特的微氣候，這賦予Finca Rio Negro出品的葡萄酒比任何其他地區的出品有著不一樣的個性。

💁🏻‍♀️Finca Rio Negro 5° Año紅酒是酒莊的旗艦酒款，5° Año是代表此酒款會經過長達5年的陳熟期才推出市場，因此圓潤感及複雜度會大大提升。用上西班牙國葡Tempranillo + 國際葡萄 Cabernet Sauvignon混釀，酒體有相當骨架。葡萄選皆來自酒莊最好的8號及12號葡萄田，葡萄在2015年的10月7號至9號採收，以全人手方式作收採，然後在5000L的法國橡木桶內發酵及進行Malolactic Fermentation，在82%法國木桶及18%美國木桶陳熟18個月後，再在瓶中陳熟至總陳熟時間5年才出售。2015年份只限量釀造7521瓶，每支獨立編碼。

📝實試報告:
櫻桃紅酒色，開瓶一倒入杯中，便聞到多元香氣，黑果、黑櫻桃、椰絲、奶油、香料、橡木等氣息。整體平衡，入口有力度也不失柔滑，帶上藍莓、桂皮、甘草、皮革、朱古力🍫等味道。經抖氣後，單寧變得柔滑，雅緻而有層次，aftertaste細長，配上扒類肉食🍖很適合。

📝Tasting Note:
An extraordinarily complex, balanced and elegant wine. The nose is opulent, complex and intense, with black fruits predominating, well coupled with notes of new wood, both spicy and balsamic. The palate is powerful, fleshy and very persistent, but at the same time balanced and very polished, with silky tannin and a long aftertaste.
