提起美國Pinot Noir你會想起什麽？今天有幸分享這個以Pinot Noir聞名於世的產區 Anderson Valley（安德森谷）以及且喝且珍惜的酒莊Knez Winery。

Knez Winery位處加州的Anderson Valley（安德森谷），該產區以Pinot Noir（黑皮諾）聞名，而以往該葡萄品種一直都不被認爲適合在加州這些炎熱的產區種植，

直到1982年該產區加入AVA（美國葡萄酒產區制度）後碰巧遇到法國科學家新研發的一種Pinot Noir的克隆品種，特別適合在白天炎熱但晚上涼爽的氣候生長，

而Anderson Valley就剛好擁有這得天獨厚的氣候。直到現在該產區已經成爲美國Pinot Noir的代表性產區之一，以生產高質的Pinot Noir聞名於世，

並致力於推動美國Pinot Noir的發展例如舉辦每年一度的黑皮諾節等等，這裏的人對Pinot Noir的熱愛可見一斑，這份熱情真的可謂難能可貴。

莊主Peter Knez分別於2007及2008年買下Knez Winery兩塊的葡萄田，並采用了有機及生物動力學種植他們的葡萄，並會提早採摘以保持葡萄的新鮮度和平衡度，

其後就會經過大約三周左右的自然發酵再透過重力導入桶中，過程中致力保持其天然性，將風味最大程度保留下來。而首位釀酒師Anthony Filiberti自小在Sonoma Country成長，

自小受到葡萄酒文化熏陶，受到培訓後成爲資深的葡萄酒栽培師及釀酒師，其後在多間知名加州酒莊任職釀酒師，具備非常資深的經驗並將其帶到Knez Winery，

得益於此Knez Winery才能製作出如此精緻的作品。

但正所謂天下無不散之延席，Knez Winery已於2018正式宣佈結業。

A blast of sweet red fruit, pomegranate,mint, licorice and sweet spices hits the palate in the 2012 Pinot Noir Cerise,a wine of pure density and power. The 2012 needs another few years to fullycome together, but it is impressive. This is a decidedly powerful, intense winefrom Knez, with remarkable texture and exceptional overall balance. The 2012was vinified with 40-75% whole clusters, depending on the specific lot.
