德達蒙侯爵莊園（Chateau Marquis de Terme）位於法國波爾多梅多克（Medoc）產區著名的瑪歌（Margaux）產酒村，酒莊在1855分級（1855 Classification）中被評為四級莊。

德達蒙侯爵莊園的歷史最早可追溯至15世紀，而這座莊園的名稱則誕生於1762年，當時一位名叫弗朗索瓦·佩基蘭（Francois de Peguilhan）的貴族娶妻成婚，而德達蒙侯爵莊園也作為嫁妝跟隨妻子一同入門，這位貴族便是德達蒙侯爵（Marquis de Terme），酒莊的名字也因他而來。此外，在德達蒙侯爵莊園的發展史上還另一個重要家族——福列哈（Feuillerat）家族，此家族掌管酒莊120餘年，在此過程中，該家族成員一直致力於將酒莊打造成卓越的名莊，最終也成功使得酒莊榮登1855列級莊行列。

1935年，桑涅克勞（Seneclauze）家族成為了莊園的新主人，目前酒莊管理者仍為此家族成員，該家族開啟了德達蒙侯爵莊園的現代發展之路。此外，2009年，曾為波爾多酒業巨擘貝爾納·瑪格雷（Bernard Magrez）效勞的盧多維奇·大衛（Ludovic David）先生成為了德達蒙侯爵莊園總經理。盧多維奇·大衛有著豐富葡萄酒釀造、葡萄園管理以及集團經營的經驗，他的加入為酒莊帶來了技術、葡萄栽培以及設備等方面的革新，進一步促進了葡萄酒品質的提升。

德達蒙侯爵莊園的葡萄園占地39.5公頃，園內土壤類型主要為瑪歌產區典型的礫石土，由石英和石英岩構成，土層深度達4米以上，這種土壤非常適合種植赤霞珠（Cabernet Sauvignon）。此外，相比產區內其他酒莊來說，德達蒙侯爵莊園葡萄園內土層深處的黏土含量更多一些，因而也十分適合種植梅洛（Merlot）。目前，葡萄園內種有60%的赤霞珠，33%的梅洛以及7%的味而多（Petit Verdot），種植密度為10,000株/公頃，葡萄樹的平均樹齡為35年。酒莊對葡萄園進行分地塊進行因地制宜地管理，管理過程中始終注重保護生態平衡。

德達蒙侯爵莊園的葡萄全部為手工採摘，且只有經過嚴格篩選後的葡萄才能進入後續釀酒環節。在釀造過程中，酒莊會使用重力來運輸葡萄汁液，不採用泵送。葡萄汁會被置於混凝土罐、不銹鋼罐或溫控橡木桶中進行發酵，發酵後的酒液會被轉入法國橡木桶中熟成16-18個月（其中新桶比例為50%）。

This second wine is named after the founding date of this estate. It is a smoothly textured wine, almost mature. With its fine black currant flavors and bright touches of acidity, it shows a juicy character that will allow it to age further.

Pure cassis, chili chocolate and a hint ofcigar box and dark olives. A fruit-forward and medium-bodied Margaux on thepalate that shows excellent finesse with tight yet silky tannins and juicyberry fruit. Effortlessly drinkable at this early stage.
