Chateau Poesia，酒莊的名字就是解作”詩意”，是代表夫婦倆人同心，共同對追尋葡萄酒熱情的昇華，結合彼此的熱情的出品。夫婦倆人與當地風土深切交流，造就出偉大的出品，專業酒評家對Poesia非常高，大家可以睇睇: 




大家見到以上名家的分數，可以見到這支酒的來頭不少，Chateau Poesia是由Patrice Leveque與Helene Garcin的心血結晶。倆夫婦鐘情波爾多的右岸，在波爾多右岸，有幾間酒莊，分別是Saint Emilion Grand Cru Classe級的Chateau Barde Haut；Pomerol的Clos L’Eglise；Castillon-Côtes de Bordeaux的Chateau D’Arce，與此同時，倆夫婦亦在🇦🇷阿根廷的Mendoza，有一個與Chateau Poesia的酒莊: Bodega Poesia。




小編實試報告:
Poesia非常能反映夫婦二人的愛情觀，此酒的香氣是比較內斂，並不是爆果外發型，香氣是一絲絲慢慢透出來，黑色水果如黑加侖子的香氣隱隱而出，經過18-24個月木桶的陳釀，令單寧變得柔順；像愛情一樣，經過時間的洗禮，菱角變得圓滑，更易於相處；30分鐘後，淡淡煙燻、Coffee的香氣開始浮現，令整支酒的平衡感更加豐富；像極了愛情，需要很多的元素，才能更加豐富；整支酒的酒體、香氣、是慢慢一點一點的發揮出來，細水長流，是愛情的真意；亦都是好酒的條件。

Very pretty blue fruit and black cherries, as well as chalk and stone. Medium to full body with fine, polished tannins and a long finish. Compact, fine texture.


🏅 Robert Parker 94 pts

2018 Poesia has a medium to deep garnet-purple color, exploding from the glass with bombastic notes of chocolate-covered cherries, mulberries and blueberry pie, plus hints of pencil shavings, kirsch, garrigue and Chinese five spice. The medium to full-bodied palate is beautifully balanced, featuring bags of bright, perfumed black fruit and cheery red berry sparks, supported by plush tannins, finishing long and mineral laced.


🏅 Vinous 93 pts

The 2018 Poesia is racy and expressive right out of the gate. Sweet floral accents, red berry fruit, cinnamon and mocha all grace this mid-weight, fruit forward Saint-Émilion. Ripe, silky tannins wrap around a juicy, exuberant finish as perfumed aromatics reappear.


🏅 Wine Spectator 91 pts

Ripe and forward, with plum and cherry preserve flavors laced with a licorice streak and backed by light tobacco and chalky mineral hints on the finish. Nicely done. Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
