Domaine Robert Chevillon位於法國勃艮第子產區的Nuits-Saint-Georges產酒村,是當地最知名的精品酒莊之一。

  Domaine Robert Chevillon酒莊管理葡萄園的歷史可以追溯到上個世紀,當時在Nuits-Saint-Georges,Symphorien Chevillon名下有約5.26公頃葡萄園,而後隨著家族發展又陸續購入一些葡萄園,其中包括幾片一級園。如今,酒莊已有13公頃葡萄園,主要種植Pinot Noir。酒莊葡萄園分佈很廣,南至Nuits-Saint-Georges的最南端,北與Vosne-Romanee相鄰。

  Domaine Robert Chevillon直到1970年代末才開始自行釀造葡萄酒,並在酒莊內裝瓶。2003年,家族第4代的Denis和Bertrand正式接管酒莊,二人分別負責負責葡萄園管理和釀酒。Denis認為提早干預葡萄生長發育和精細化管理,有助於提高葡萄品質,所以他借助現代葡萄園管理的一些手法,例如在六月進行綠色採收。此外Denis對釀酒材料品質的控制亦十分嚴格,在葡萄成熟期會定期檢查葡萄成熟狀況,而且全部釀酒葡萄皆由人工採收和挑選。 獲得優質釀酒原料後,Bertrand通常進行5到6天10°C左右條件下的冷浸處理,並在34°C以下進行為期2到3周的酒精發酵,以及5至18個月的橡木桶(30%的新桶和70%的舊桶)陳釀。Bertrand認為葡萄酒是有生命的,故而側重於控制釀酒過程的環境條件,讓葡萄酒自然釀造。而且在最終的調配前,會將酒在大罐中靜置3到4周,然後利用重力裝瓶。

  由於精細的葡萄園管理和釀造,Domaine Robert Chevillon酒莊生產的葡萄酒都表現出了很好的平衡感、成熟度和結構,並按葡萄園分為3個級別,即8個一級葡萄園(Premier Cru)、2個村莊級、還有3個大區級。

The 2010 Nuits St. Georges Les Pruliers is wonderfully complete. All the elements that make the 2010s at this estate so striking are present in the glass. An open, expressive bouquet melds seamlessly into red fruit in this stunning wine. The finest, silkiest of tannins frame the fruit through to the supple, inviting finish. Veins of minerality give the Pruliers its focus and balance. Everything is simply in the right place. The Pruliers is made from two parcels of 50+ year-old vines. Anticipated maturity: 2020-2030. I have to say, this is a stunning set of wines from Denis and Bertrand Chevillon. (AG) 94-96+

The Pruliers, along with the Vaucrains, is often the most recalcitrant wine in the Chevillon cellars in its youth, but as was the case in 2008, the inherent elegance of the vintage has really worked its magic on this beautiful young Pruliers in 2010. The deep, refined and very pure nose offers up a great blend of cassis, plums, gamebirds, espresso, woodsmoke, soil and a touch of cedar. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and very transparent, with a sappy core of black fruit, utterly suave (though substantial) tannins, outstanding focus and balance and great length and grip on the emphatically soil-driven finish. This is still a very black fruity wine, as Pruliers always is chez Chevil

🏅Allen Meadows 92-94 pts

 A spicy and notably ripe nose offers up notes of plum, cassis and blackberry while allowing subtle nuances of warm earth to surface. The complex and velvety medium weight flavors possess fine phenolic ripeness though there is so much dry extract that the structural elements are presently relegated to the background. This is a powerful, masculine and focused wine that is very Nuits in character yet avoids any sense of rusticity on the hugely long finish. In a word, terrific. *Sweet Spot Outstanding* 

🏅Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar pts 90-93

Bright red with ruby highlights. Aromas of cassis, blueberry and cardamom, lifted by a stony quality. Densely packed and tightly wound; less expressive today than the Roncieres but thick, sappy and pure, with violet and licorice notes perking up the dark fruit flavors. The long but youthfully bound-up finish leaves a note of bitter chocolate.
