💁🏻‍♂️各酒友追開我地酒款,都知道近期我地正推出同🇫🇷法國一級莊Chateau Lafite (拉菲堡) 所合作的意大利酒莊Rocca di Frassinello。繼早前所推出的Ornello及Le Sughere di Frassinello酒款後,今日隆重介紹大阿哥👱🏻‍♂️出場,酒莊裏的同名第一label (即酒莊的第一款酒款),亦係招牌作 - Rocca di Frassinello。

單睇以上評分就知道此一哥絕不是泛泛之輩,絕對係有料加四條😂。能夠打造如此出色酒款,背後全因各強強🤝方程式🔢:

【🔎有關酒莊酒窖🔎】
一般酒莊酒窖都只是一個密室沿著地平線放置一排排酒桶。此酒莊卻運用空間概念,把酒窖設置在地底位置,並用階梯式的展示方式設計。此設計除了基本的能保持自然穩定的濕度💦和溫度🌡️,也可以令釀酒的生產流程更實在。酒窖的兩邊放置著一層不銹鋼發酵桶,每個桶頂上方都有一個可以從酒窖頂部打開的小視窗,葡萄就從這些小視窗導入。一籃籃的葡萄被搬到廣場 (在酒窖上方地面) 的長桌上,摘選好後不通過泵而是以重力原理,通過地板上的視窗掉入發酵桶裡。酒窖的另外兩邊則用於所有其他的作用:裝瓶,儲存,庫存和物流,簡單的就透過這地下酒窖將整個生産流程一體化👍🏻。


此設計不但從生產功能層面去考慮,也從地標展示方面去考慮。不得不提此酒莊也是一個著名景點,酒莊除了提供住宿、酒莊參觀外,此酒窖部分還會用作地底歌劇院 🎙️ 🎵及晚宴🍽️場地。試想一下在神秘的地底歌劇院內一邊聽著現場拉奏美妙樂曲享受環迴立體之聲🎶一邊吃著燭光晚餐🥩🍷 那種體驗真的非一般,定必能令人留下深刻回憶。🤗

 

【💁🏻‍♀️酒款介紹💁🏻‍♀️】
葡萄在9月上至中旬採收,經採收後會放進不锈鋼桶進行溫控發酵約15日,之後酒液會被導入法國小型橡木桶 (當中80%為新桶) 陳釀14個月,並在瓶中靜釀11個月才推出市場。由於經過長時間陳釀,可見當推出市場時,複雜度及成熟度佳俱。

 

✍🏻👅實試報告:
寶石紅酒色、開瓶充滿黑果色彩、黑加倫子🍇、黑醋栗、咖啡☕、皮革及紫羅蘭花香。入口充滿果醬感覺、朱古力🍫、煙絲🚬、香料。抖氣50分鐘更感受到香草及pepper。此酒複雜性大、有層次、口感強勁、濃郁、但又不失優雅,丹寧順滑、圓潤及豐滿,餘韻悠長。整體感覺細緻平衡,果然是酒莊第一大將。⚔️

The 2015 Rocca di Frassinello is powerful, sumptuous and deeply expressive. An exotic mélange of raspberry jam, spice, new leather, chocolate,tobacco and grilled herbs gives the 2015 its decidedly flamboyant personality.This rich, heady coastal Tuscan red will appeal most to readers who enjoy racy,bold wines. The oak needs to settle down, but there is certainly plenty to look forward to.

Sangioveto (otherwise known as Sangiovese) is enhanced with smaller parts Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon to make the 2015 Maremma Toscana Rocca di Frassinello. This wine is showing improved results as the estate's vines grow in age and, consequently, in complexity with each passing year.Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, and the wine later ages in barrique for 14 months. It shows enormous richness and power that is delivered in a happily balanced manner, thanks to the ripe and opulent nature of the fruit in this vintage. There is a point of sweetness followed by dark fruit flavors and balanced spice. This wine will continue its evolution over the better part of the next decade.

 

🏅 Wine Spectator 93pts
Aromas and flavors of mineral, black cherry, blackberry and tar highlight this rich, vibrant red. The tannins are well-integrated. Extends nicely on the finish. Sangioveto, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Best from 2018 through 2025.

This is a little cooked with light raisin, treacle tart and chocolate character. Full body, chewy and flavorful.

Made with 60% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon,this offers aromas of black currant, underbrush and green peppercorn. The juicy palate offers dried black cherry, tobacco and ground black pepper along side fine-grained tannins.
