The estate of Chateau Pape Cle ment belongs to the Pessac-Le ognan appellation of origin and, more generally, to the vineyard of gravels. Based on a terroir with exceptional components, the 60 hectares of this vineyard consecrate the gathering of passion and work. Three hectares are thus devoted to the culture of white wine. The grape varieties are 45% Sauvignon Blanc, 45% Se millon, 5% Muscadelle and 5% Sauvignon Gris. The average age of the vines is 30 years old.

Each parcel, each foot, each bay is cherished then transformed according to strict rules and in the respect of a reasoned culture. Size and stripping of a rare requirement, and vinification according to the strictest rules, everything is done so that the nature expresses what its best. The harvest is manual by successive sorting, in small crates with sorting in the vineyard.
