During the blending process, the brewing team started with a ratio of 5% malt whiskey and 95% grain whiskey, and then increased or decreased the ratio by 5% until it reached a combination of 95% malt whiskey and 5% grain whiskey. After reaching a certain range of accuracy, the team reduced the adjustment range to 1% and continued to study the most ideal allocation ratio. Ardray uses the "Double Solera Process" - according to the final blending ratio, a small portion of each original wine is taken out and stored to ensure a consistent flavor; after the blending is completed, a small amount of the finished product is The wine is saved and used to prepare the next batch.
