The vineyards of Chateau Liangzibo are located in Pauillac, the heart of the Medoc. Three of the four first-class growths in the Medoc are rooted here. It goes without saying that its terroir is superior. The winery’s vineyards cover a total of 100 hectares, of which 94 hectares are planted with 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. The soil in the garden is mainly gravel, mixed with some sand and sandy loam, and the subsoil is composed of clay. Lynch Bages covers an area of ​​100 hectares. The winery's red wine is world-famous and needs no introduction. However, the winery only plants 7 hectares of white grapes. The varieties include Sauvignon blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle. After brewing, they will be aged in oak barrels for half a year. Half of them are made of new barrels. Since the production is very small, only 1,000 cases are made every year, which also explains why the price of wine has soared.
