Castello di Barbialla has a total area of ​​approximately 700 hectares planted with various buildings, groves, corn, wheat, soy and rapeseed crops, and 5.5 hectares dedicated to the cultivation of Chardonnay, Merlot, Sangiovese and Petit Verdot vines garden.

With the oenological contribution of Andrea Paoletti, the first bottle of Castello di Barbialla was released in 2009, subsequently debuting in various international settings as far as Asia. Wine production, started in 2009, benefits from a special microclimate, altitude, proximity to the Tyrrhenian Sea and soils composed of sand, silt and fossilized shell remains. The harvest of the grapes is carried out strictly by hand, while the wine cellar uses oak barrels made of high-quality French wood.
