The vineyard is primarily planted with Merlot (approximately 90%), complemented by small proportions of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. This blend provides the wine with rich fruit flavors and supple tannins. The soil structure is dominated by clay and limestone, a combination that allows the wine to achieve a perfect balance between intensity and mineral finesse

Winemaking

Both the vineyard and winery management are meticulously planned and follow the same rigorous standards. Grapes are hand-picked into small crates to ensure exceptional quality. The winemaking process blends tradition with modern techniques to maximize the potential of each vintage. The combination of these three grape varieties imparts suppleness, finesse, and structure to the wine. Rating

The nose offers aromas of blackcurrant and blueberry, complemented by notes of toasted bread and vanilla. On the palate, the tannins are relatively firm, yet the structure remains supple and pleasant. This is a wine to cellar, as it shows great promise for the future and is expected to reach its peak around 2032.
