The winery covers a total area of ​​240 hectares, of which approximately 107 hectares are vineyards. Over 55% of this is forest, woodland, and grassland, creating a superior ecological environment. The vineyards are situated on limestone plateaus and hills, with typical clay-limestone soils that are well-drained, imparting fresh minerality and balanced acidity to the wines.

Located between the Garonne and Dordogne rivers, the region benefits from a unique microclimate regulated by the river's tides. The moderate diurnal temperature range extends the grape ripening period, promoting the full accumulation of flavor compounds while reducing the risk of pests and diseases, providing ideal conditions for white grape growth.

The wines are made using the classic Bordeaux white grape blend, dominated by Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, with a small amount of Muscadelle for aroma and flavor enhancement. Sauvignon Blanc brings refreshing citrus and herbal notes, while Semillon softens the body and balances the acidity, with delicate floral aromas blending in, creating a rich and harmonious aroma profile. The winemaking process, involving low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks and no oak barrel aging, isolates the wine from unwanted flavors, locking in the fresh fruit aromas to the maximum extent, resulting in a clean and pure palate, free from heaviness and bitterness.
