In 1987, the Gervoson family acquired Château Larrivet Haut-Brion and set about restoring it to its former glory. The domain then has 17 hectares of vines and a wooded park of 13 hectares. Faithful to their human and earthly commitment, Philippe and Christine Gervoson set out to rebuild the wine-growing unit of the Château.

In just a few years, the property reached 72.5 hectares thanks to the acquisition of vines and new plantations (11.5 ha. For white - 61 ha. For red). Alongside a loyal, inspired and involved team, they continue to modernize the infrastructures, reorganize the vineyard (in-depth geo-pedological study) and affirm the quality of the wines, which stand out today for their elegance and character.

Bruno Lemoine, Managing Director and Winemaker of Larrivet Haut-Brion, embarked on this great adventure in 2007 and has since put his expertise and his taste for challenge at the service of the Château's wines. The notions of inheritance and female transmission are part of the DNA of Château Larrivet Haut-Brion.

In 2009, the team was reinforced by a Public Relations Manager with the arrival of Emilie Gervoson, one of the three daughters of the owners of the Château and proud representative of a new generation of Epicureans and eager for wine culture. Complicit and complementary, Bruno and Emilie bring a new informed look to the property.
