Winery


Established in 1989, Domini Veneti Winery is relatively new and equipped with modern winemaking equipment, ensuring consistent quality. Located in the renowned Valpolicella region, best known for producing the iconic Amarone, the winery is dedicated to cultivating the grapes used for Amarone (Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella). The air-drying method imparts a rich, sweet aroma to the wine.



Region
The winery's vineyards are located in the Veronese region, at an altitude of approximately 300 meters. The vines are approximately 25-30 years old. The grapes are hand-harvested during the second week of September each year, when fully ripe, and then air-dried for 60 days to enhance their concentration. This is followed by temperature-controlled fermentation and maceration for approximately 10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation, before aging in wood barrels and bottling.
Tasting Note

Clear straw yellow. The nose offers pleasant sensations of lime and ginger, intertwined with those of green apple against a floral background of elderberry. A pleasant sip with fruity undertones, balanced freshness and a pleasant savory finish.
