📝The wine has a dense and deep colour with a crimson tint.
The refined, elegant and rather radiant nose reveals scents of black fruit and kirsh cherry. Gentle toasted and aniseed aromas emerge with airing, mingled with delicate forest-floor notes.
The packed and succulent palate elegantly expresses complex liquorice and peppery notes together with jammy fruit, all underpinned by firm and abundant tannins. Well-structured and beautifully balanced, it reflects the charm and depth of this very fine vintage, leading into a long & warm finish underpinned by cedarwood and bitter Chocolate 🍫flavours .
