Distillery

Gibson's Gin is owned by the French independent spirits giant La Martiniquaise-Bardinet, which also owns renowned brands such as Cutty Sark whisky and Generous Gin. Produced in the UK using traditional distillation methods, it maintains the authentic quality of London dry gin. The brand performs particularly well in the French market and is officially recognized as "France's No. 1 gin."

Winemaking

Gibson's strictly adheres to traditional London Dry Gin production standards, adding no sugar or artificial flavorings:

1. Raw Material Selection: Carefully selected grains are used as the base spirit, fermented to produce neutral alcohol.

2. Traditional Distillation: Multiple distillations are performed in specialized stills to ensure the purity of the spirit.

3. Herbal Extraction: Alcohol vapors are passed through a "spice basket" containing eight carefully selected herbal spices, absorbing their aromas.

4. Aging: The distilled spirit is left to stand for several hours in stainless steel tanks to allow the flavors to meld.

5. Diluting and Filtration: After being reduced to 37.5% ABV, it is cold-filtered to remove impurities, ensuring a clear taste.

Gibson's London Dry Gin uses eight natural herbal spices to create a unique flavor balance:
