Kobe Distillery is a boutique distillery located in Kita-ku, Kobe City, Japan. Established in 2022, it has already become famous in Kobe City in the early days of its establishment. The distillery currently has two large stills and aims to use Kobe's specialties and combine it with time-honored distillation techniques to brew brandy, whiskey and other spirits. In terms of whiskey, we select British malt, bourbon and sherry barrels to create a whiskey with a full-bodied taste. While enjoying novel wines, the next wines produced by Kobe Distillery are worthy of the attention and expectations of wine lovers.

The Kobe Distillery specializes in distilling bonito bonito produced by the long-established store "Kana" opened in the Taisho era and Kobe's specialty tuna, giving it a salty and fresh flavor from the ocean. Therefore, the wine label is designed to resemble a deep sea blue jellyfish, which is a novel image. The aroma has the smell of orange and herbs, mixed with a little bit of sea salt, and the entrance is smooth. In addition to the slight sweetness of lime, there is also some salty aroma of wooden fish and dried fish, but it only has an umami flavor and no fishy smell. The segment returns to the freshness of herbs and the style is soft.
