Mont Perat Blanc 2022 Premieres Cotes de Bordeaux 《WC Selection -F041D》

Chateau Mont-Perat is located in the Bordeaux wine region of France. It is a historic winery and is now managed by the Despagne Family.

A long time ago, the Montpret winery produced only one Bordeaux top red wine and one Bordeaux top white wine, which was loved by local consumers, but the winery has always maintained a low-key state. It wasn't until 1864 that the second edition of the French Feret Wine Guide was published that the Montpret winery became widely known. Now, the wine produced by the winery is generally considered to be more and more expensive wines over time. In 1998, the Desper family acquired the Montprett Winery. In 2001, the winery was enthusiastically sought after because it was described in the comic Les Gouttes de Dieu as comparable to the classic Queen's concert. The winery hired the famous "flying winemaker" Michel Rolland as winemaking consultant.

The vineyards of Montpret are 100 hectares, located on the right bank of Bordeaux, distributed on 4 hills. The soil in the vineyard is mainly limestone clay. The main grape varieties planted in the garden are Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc, Cemillon and Muscadelle. The winery uses brand new French oak barrels to aging wines, and is committed to producing high-quality wines with rich fruit aroma, firm taste, soft tannins and great aging potential.
