The wine is brewed at Nuiton Beaunoy winery, a member of the Vignerons Associes cooperative. The goal of this cooperative is to provide high-quality wines to consumers at reasonable prices and to bring a sense of accomplishment to the winemakers and employees in the member wineries. The winery has been established since 1957 and is located in the Cote d’Or region. Now the winery’s grape fields in Burgundy cover up to more than 50 villages with a total area of ​​456 hectares. The wines produced range from Regional to Villages to Premier Crus and Grands Crus. The winery has been committed to implementing "Sustainable Development", such as bottling with eco-friendly wine bottles, reducing waste of unnecessary resources, improving workers' environmental awareness, even reducing the use of sulfur, protecting soil, etc.

In the southern part of the Côte de Beaune Chassagne-Montrachet shares with Puligny the uncontested title of the prince of the world’s dry white wines: the divine Montrachet (pronounced “Monrachay”). This fine, broad hillside brings out the very highest expression of the two Burgundian grapes - the Pinot Noir and the Chardonnay, which grow here side-by side such is the complexity of the region’s soils! Extensive marble quarries, which form a kind of cliff face, were the source of the pink and beige flagstones which went into the building of the Trocadero in Paris and more recently the Louvre Pyramid. The Chassagne-Montrachet AOC dates from 1937. It includes some plots in the neighbouring village of Remigny which share the same soil conditions.
