The wine is brewed at Nuiton Beaunoy winery, a member of the Vignerons Associes cooperative. The goal of this cooperative is to provide high-quality wines to consumers at reasonable prices and to bring a sense of accomplishment to the winemakers and employees in the member wineries. The winery has been established since 1957 and is located in the Cote d’Or region. Now the winery’s grape fields in Burgundy cover up to more than 50 villages with a total area of ​​456 hectares. The wines produced range from Regional to Villages to Premier Crus and Grands Crus. The winery has been committed to implementing "Sustainable Development", such as bottling with eco-friendly wine bottles, reducing waste of unnecessary resources, improving workers' environmental awareness, even reducing the use of sulfur, protecting soil, etc.

Meursault wine is produced in the commune of Meursault in Côte de Beaune of Burgundy. The Appellation d'origine contrôlée (AOC) Meursault may be used for white wine and red with respectively Chardonnay and Pinot noir as the main grape varieties. The production of white Meursault dominates, with around 98 per cent. There are no Grand Cru vineyards within Meursault, but several highly regarded Premier Cru vineyards.
