Onoshuzo

Ono Shuzo is located in Yufu City, Oita Prefecture, Kyushu. It was founded in 1906 and is a brewery that mainly produces single-distillation barley shochu products. It also produces plum and fruit wine alcoholic beverages. In the past, it also engaged in the business of sake production. The raw materials used by the brewery are mainly purchased from barley, plums and fruits produced in the local Oita Prefecture.

This is brewed by using the lychees loved by Yang Guifei, one of the world's three great beauties, and adding wheat shochu that the brewery is proud of. It has a strong and refined aroma, and a sour and sweet taste.
