Our company is the southernmost brewery in Honshu, located in the center of Kumano Sanzan, a World Heritage site, and we are the only local sake brewery between Wakayama Aritagawa-cho and Ise Matsuzaka, Mie Prefecture.Just north of the brewery is blessed with a favorable environment called Kumanogawa, a world heritage site, and its high-quality undercurrent water and severe winter north wind continue to preserve traditional sake brewing.

Binchotan charcoal was added when the umeshu is ageing. Rich and mellow in flavour followed by a refreshing aftertaste.
