Sake Brewery

The history of Tsurumi Sake Brewery began in 1873 in the Owari Tsushima area of Aichi Prefecture. The first generation Sadazō, who was engaged in the dyeing business at the time, started the sake brewing industry. Currently run by the seventh-generation president, Mr. Shinsuke Wada, the brewery takes advantage of the high-quality water source of the Kiso Mikawa River in the Tsushima area, inherits the methods of the Nanbu Tou clan and the Tsushima area, retains the quality of handmade production, and cleverly combines it with modern quality control , sake has a full body.
