【Yamanashi famous brew】

Yamanashi Meishu was founded in 1750. The first president was Mr. Kitahara Ihei. He had a special liking for the clear and sweet water of Hakushu, so he chose to brew wine there. Now in its 12th generation, the company upholds the belief of passing on Japanese culture and brewing techniques from generation to generation. In 1835, in order to celebrate the completion of a new sake brewery, the nobles of Shinshu (Nagano Prefecture) specially presented an ancient screen engraved with the Seven Sages of the Chinese Bamboo Forest, hence the name "Seven Sages".

This limited autumn wine is brewed in only one barrel a year. After half a year of low-temperature storage and aging, it produces a soft and smooth aroma and a gorgeous and thick taste. It is not only suitable for cold drinking, but also performs well at room temperature or warm. It is the best enjoyment when paired with delicious dishes!
