簡介：明石寶石系列的第二款作品，由江井嶋酒造的清酒釀酒師Toji (杜氏) ，使用嚴選的雪莉、波本桶熟成3年的威士忌手工調配而成。江井嶋酒造在1888年由卜部兵吉正式創立為株式會社，其家族在清酒重鎮“灘區”的釀酒史可追溯到1679年。1919年獲得日本第一個威士忌釀造許可證，並嘗試釀製自我風格的威士忌。受益於天時地利的瀨戶內海溫和乾爽的氣候，名山勝水六甲山水源及上百年的清酒釀製工藝，使得這款明石單一麥芽彰顯出純正的和風威士忌特色，感受到風土及來自熟成橡木桶所賦予酒體的個性和復雜豐富風味。

日本只有 8 間日本威士忌蒸餾廠，江井酒造於 1888 年成立，位於兵庫縣 (Hyogo Prefecture) 的明石市 (Akashi City) 內。江井酒造在 1888 年成立至今一直釀製清酒及燒酒，及後於 1919 年取得威士忌製造牌照，是日本第一個取得威士忌牌照的酒造。江井酒造在 1984 年建立白橡木蒸餾廠，白橡木蒸餾廠專門製造威士忌，所有由白橡木出產的威士忌名為「明石」，主要製造調和式威士忌但也會有一定產量的單麥威士忌。江井酒造一共有 7 個倉庫用，2 號是明石威士忌倉庫，內有。堅固的牆加上少量的窗戶維持造酒最佳的溫度及濕度以令明石威士忌在最好的環境內成熟

有關釀造 Sake Making

這款是由杜氏（首席清酒釀酒師）親自調和的限量版的精釀威士忌。將威士忌原酒和穀類威士忌在美國白橡木燒酒桶中儲藏3年，再分別以西班牙雪莉桶和波本桶儲藏2年之久。

酒款琥珀色的色澤透著認人愉悅的蜂蜜香，胡椒、香草、微微煙燻伴隨著巧克力、橡木、果乾等香氣，香料及肉桂的尾韻中長宜人。
