Chateau Siran 2019 Margaux 375ml 《FH129A》

Chateau Siran, a stable Margaux wine formerly one of nine Cru Bourgeois Exceoptionnel, has been producing wine since the 17th century. It is one of the few Bordeaux wineries to avoid changing hands and being acquired. It is still managed by the Miailhe family. The Miaihe family once owned Pichon Lalande, Palmer and Dauzac. There is also a Philippine flag in front of the winery. One of the things that impressed wine lovers about Chateau Siran is that her wine label, like Mouton, changed designs every year and remained unchanged until 2005 onwards.
In recent years, the winery has been rising up, and its market reviews and scores have continued to rise. Since the Miailhe family only took over the winery in 1859, missing an important moment in the 1855 grading, a winery that was abandoned during the grading can only stare at its neighbors Giscours, Kirwan, and Dauzac.

After manual harvesting, they are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel barrels and then aged in wooden barrels for 12 months (35% of which are new barrels) before being launched to the market.
