Teeling Distillery was founded in 2015 by Jack and Stephen Teeling, but the Teeling family's history of whisky making dates back to the 18th century. Teeling Small Batch Rum Cask Irish Whiskey is blended with 70% grain whiskey and 30% malt whiskey. It is first aged in bourbon barrels for 6 years and then transferred to Central American rum barrels for at least 6 months.
