Terres Secretes Saint-Veran Cuvee Revelis 2018 《Terroir Collection - TF1009》

Produced in the communes of prisse and davaye, the vines are located on a plateau at an altitude of 280 meters on a surface of 4.48 ha.

White limestone soils, the mother rock touches at only 30cm depth.

The grapes are pressed slowly and meticulously cleared before being fermented and aged on fine lees.

Half of the wine is aged in 600L French oak barrels for 12 months then assembled with the rest in vats for an additional 12 months.

The dress is golden with pale gold reflections. On the nose, the fresh almond is mixed with citrus fruits and notes of white flowers. The mouth is powerful and fresh with iodine and mineral notes. The finish is slightly salty.

This wine goes harmoniously with parsley ham, grilled salmon or Turkey cutlet with oyster.
