Yellow Eye is a premium Swedish liqueur founded in November 2017. Committed to creating new experiences in coffee and spirits.

In Yellow Eye's unique flavor creations, they use premium organic specialty coffee from award-winning roaster Johan & Nyström in Stockholm, Sweden. The roasting method they use is created just for them to enhance the aroma of the coffee beans while extracting their natural flavors, and is blended with 5-year-old oak barrel-aged rum from Paraguay at 30% ABV. It has a spicy, sweet taste with aromas of coffee, brown sugar, raisins and cocoa.

Each bottle is produced at the Gripsholm distillery, an hour’s drive from Stockholm, by ethically sourcing every ingredient and focusing on sustainability in the hope that people will enjoy a higher quality spirit.
