El Regreso is created by Julian who has been involved in wine making since he was a child. His grandfather had a winery and he was helping him on the vineyards. After university he went to China and traded wine for more than a decade. Then, he returned to his hometown and started his own wine project.

His philosophy lies in looking for the best raw material with the selection of indigenous grapes, finding its most delicate expression with biodynamic viticulture and preserving that value with a minimal intervention vinification and not using any additives during the whole process.

La Mola

Vinification:

Airen spent 10 days skin maceration. Direct press Moscatel and ageing in stainless tank for 9 months with the lees. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with autochthonous yeast. Age 6 months in bottle. No sulfites added. Unfiltered.

Tasting Note:

Floral, aromas of elderberry, melon and pineapple with hints of tropical fruits.
