Château Le Puy, located in the Bordeaux wine region of France, has been run by the Amoreau family since 1610, now in its 13th generation. Currently, Château Le Puy is a renowned organic winery with an annual production of 100,000 bottles. Owners and winemakers Jean-Pierre and Pascal Amoreau represent the 15th generation of the Amoreau family in the wine industry.

Château Le Puy boasts 51 hectares of vineyards on clay-silt limestone soil. The vineyards are planted with classic Bordeaux grape varieties, including Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Carmenere, and Malbec for reds, and Semillon for whites. The average vine age is 55 years.

Château Le Puy adheres to the most traditional winemaking techniques passed down through generations. In grape cultivation, the philosophy of returning to nature has evolved into today's biodynamic farming model, which is more rigorous and complex than conventional organic farming. No chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or preservatives are used in either the farming or winemaking process.
