The wine is brewed at Nuiton Beaunoy winery, a member of the Vignerons Associes cooperative. The goal of this cooperative is to provide high-quality wines to consumers at reasonable prices and to bring a sense of accomplishment to the winemakers and employees in the member wineries. The winery has been established since 1957 and is located in the Cote d’Or region. Now the winery’s grape fields in Burgundy cover up to more than 50 villages with a total area of ​​456 hectares. The wines produced range from Regional to Villages to Premier Crus and Grands Crus. The winery has been committed to implementing "Sustainable Development", such as bottling with eco-friendly wine bottles, reducing waste of unnecessary resources, improving workers' environmental awareness, even reducing the use of sulfur, protecting soil, etc.

The Volnay region is higher than Pommard, between 230 and 370 meters above sea level. The vineyard is located in the middle of the Cote d'Or slope. In addition, the southeast-oriented slope favors the grapes to absorb sunlight, allowing the grapes to ripen perfectly.
