Domaine Bony Gachot is a family-run boutique winery located in the village of Nuits-Saint-Georges, in the Côte de Nuits appellation of Burgundy, France.

The winery's history dates back to the 1960s, when Jean-Pierre Bony and his wife established Domaine Bony Gachot in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Over four decades, the winery continued to grow, while Jean-Pierre, the owner, gradually aged. In 2000, Jean-Pierre decided to retire to the countryside for a period of retirement, and his daughter, Fabienne Bony, took over the management of the winery. In 2007, with the help of Fabienne's husband, Samuel, they began a winery business and expanded the winery's offerings.

Today, the winery boasts six hectares of vineyards, all located in the wine-producing village of Nuits-Saint-Georges. In addition to using grapes from their own vineyards, the winery also purchases grapes from other high-quality vineyards in Nuits-Saint-Georges to expand its winery's portfolio and production. The winery employs a semi-organic vineyard management method called Lutte raisonnee ("Raisonne"), which involves pruning vines to control yields and reduce pests and disease. Chemicals are only used in cases of pest infestation or extreme environmental conditions, and only when they are not harsh on the environment. The primary grape variety grown in the vineyards of Château Bonny is Pinot Noir, with a small amount of Chardonnay also grown.

Gevery-Chambertin is widely known as one of Burgundy's most celebrated villages, producing some of the world's finest Pinot Noir reds. Home to nine Grand Cru vineyards and 26 Premier Cru vineyards, it boasts the finest terroir in Burgundy. Former French Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte once said, "Only through a glass of Chambertin can the future appear magnificent." The wines from this village are generally more ambitious, full-bodied, and powerful than those from other wine-producing villages in the Côte de Nuits, with firmer tannins. This is why they are known as Burgundy's "Wine of Kings." Arguably, they produce the most powerful and imposing red wines in all of Burgundy.
