Distillery

McIvor's historical concept dates back to the early days of Scotch monastery distilling around 1494, symbolizing over 500 years of Scotch whisky heritage. To this day, McIvor's master blenders continue this delicate art of blending, focusing on balancing aromas and flavors, maintaining body consistency, and creating layers and depth. The brand crafts McIvor's signature sweetness and complexity through different aging periods (5, 12, and 17 years) and a special "Ex-Rum Cask Finish" process.

Distillation

McIvor Blended Scotch Whisky is a blended Scotch whisky meticulously crafted by Campbell Meyer & Company, a renowned independent bottling and distilling company in Scotland. Known for its "high value," it is considered in many markets as an everyday Scotch, Highball base, and table whisky, combining an affordable price with the traditional style of Scotch whisky.

Aroma: Sweet with a hint of spice. Aromas of freshly cut hay, malt, and crisp citrus layered with flavors of roasted almonds, toffee, and raisins.

Palmistry: An extremely smooth blend. The initial taste is of dried fruit, chocolate orange, and rich marmalade (spread on malt toast).

Finish: Long and sweet. More dried fruit and chocolate notes emerge, accompanied by a subtle earthy aroma.
