Chateau Clerc Milon 2010 Pauillac 雙公 Pauillac 五級莊《ZTF1020C》

Clerc Milon 是波爾多五大酒莊 Chateau Mouton 旗下酒莊之一，1970年由前 Mouton 莊主 Philippe de Rothschild 收購。酒標上繪有一對舞者翩翩起舞，故被暱稱為「雙人舞」。

其酒標設計在眾多級數酒中顯得十分特別，上頭有兩隻小丑在跳舞，這是十六世德國工藝品的複製圖案，原作是以黃金與珍珠裝飾而成的雕塑作品，原收藏者為俄國凱薩琳女皇，這件作品現今則保存在Mouton酒莊附屬的美術館裡。Clerc Milon最得天獨厚的是她與兩個Pauillac區的一級酒莊，Ch. Mouton Rothschild與Ch. Lafite Rothschild相鄰。雖使用30到40%左右的Merlot，不過還是能讓人感受到Pauillac的風土個性。一般平均而言，Clerc Milon比起d`Armailhac的酒質會略勝一籌；在優異的年份，Clerc-Milon更是頗有Mouton-Rothschild之風，常帶有華麗的橡木桶香氣和甜美圓融的果香味，而價格相對平易近人許多，因此在全世界各地都相當有人氣。

Clerc Milon在Baronne Philippine擁有的酒莊中，算是最前衛的，雖然園中所種植的葡萄樹樹齡平均已達51年，但所釀之酒年輕時就可被享用，成熟期約3-5年即可，但又可久存十幾二十年。近期的年份表現地較初期的來得更有深度及複雜度，帶多層次的香味，有碳烤espresso香、橡木香、甘草香以及覆盆子果香，是款可以早喝的級數酒，此酒莊應被晉升為四級酒莊。

Tasting Notes: Ruby in color, the wine has wonderful aromas of chocolate-covered cherries, plum preserves and crushed black currants, along with notes of lilac, cardamom, underbrush and cigar. The wine is full-bodied, with fine tannins, a solid structure and a long aftertaste.

I can't remember tasting a young Clerc as exciting as this since the 1980s. Fascinating aromas of blackberries and currant jam. Very deep. Tar too. Full and very dense. It just tickles the tip of your tongue. So much there.

Deep garnet colored, the 2010 Clerc Milon rolls effortlessly out of the glass with open-knit scents of baked black cherries, blackberry preserves and crème de cassis with hints of leather, unsmoked cigars and dried sage with a waft of pencil lead. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is packed with concentrated black fruits and framed by firm, grainy tannins and tons of freshness, finishing long with great purity.

The 2010 Clerc Milon is a powerful, brooding Pauillac. Black cherry, graphite, tobacco and smoke are all front and center. Firm tannins give the wine structure, but there is also notable sweetness in the fruit. The finish is mineral and persistent. Needs bottle age to fully open.
