Agrapart & Fils Champagne

全法第三名獨立香檳酒莊(僅次於Selosse和Egly-Ouriet)

Champagne Agrapart & Fils is located in Avize, in the center of Cote des Blancs, a sub-region of Champagne in France. It was founded by Arthur Agrapart in 1894. Unlike other independent champagne growers, Arthur began bottling his own high-quality champagne shortly after establishing the winery.

The vineyards owned by Agrapart & Fils are planted with Chardonnay with an average vine age of more than 40 years, many of which are over 60 years old. They have been perfectly integrated with the wonderful local terroir. Coupled with the careful cultivation of the winegrowers, heaven, earth and people complement each other. , creating elegant, delicate and unique wines.

Arthur's grandson Pierre began managing the winery after World War II. Later, Pierre's two sons, Pascal and Fabrice, became the fourth generation of the winery. The winery currently owns about 12 hectares and more than 60 plots of high-quality vineyards. It adheres to the family's requirements for high-quality champagne, from grape planting, harvesting, brewing, aging, bottling, bottling to disgorgement. It's all done by hand, not by other people's hands. At the same time, the brothers have long adopted organic farming methods, which they insist is the most suitable for the terroir of the vineyards and the method for producing high-quality Champagne. The use of homemade compost and preparations in the vineyards and the use of horses to plow certain vineyards are family traditions rather than following today's trends. After the grapes are picked, they are fermented naturally using a traditional vertical Coquard press and wild yeast attached to the grape skins. After a complete malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for a long time in stainless steel tanks and large oak barrels. Mud Aging.

The first Champagne produced by the winery is the non-vintage Blanc de Blancs "7 Crus", which is a blend of two different vintages from high-quality vineyards in seven villages in the Côte Blanche. The residue is removed two months before leaving the factory, and the sugar content of the rehydration solution is always controlled at 7g/l.

Another non-vintage Blanc de Blancs Champagne, "Terroirs", is a Champagne selected from the Grand Cru vineyards of Oger, Cramant, Oiry and Avize. All Champagnes are made from top-quality Chardonnay and are also disgorgemented two months before leaving the factory. Delicate and tight, the wine is full-bodied and solid, with pure and elegant fruity aroma and a long aftertaste.

"Mineral", "Avizoise" and "Venus" are the three top vintage champagnes of the winery. They are all brewed from Chardonnay of the best quality Grand Cru vineyard in the winery and are only produced in the best years.

In addition, the winery also has a special wine "Expérience" with great terroir characteristics. This champagne comes from grapes produced in the old vines of Avize. Instead of adding sugar and yeast supplements before the traditional secondary fermentation, it uses The next vintage's freshly pressed grape juice is harvested to encourage natural fermentation. This unique terroir wine has been praised by many wine critics and experienced Champagne enthusiasts for its wonderfulness.
