Wowow, 再過多10日就到堪稱Party 節日王既聖誕節,今次一於同大家分享吓我喺網上學到既 “應節飲品”- Red Wine Hot Chocolate 朱古力紅酒配
一句 “you can eat chocolate with wine, so why not put chocolate in wine?” 成了網上熱話,我酒小妹當然都唔可以落後於人前 ,一於本住探究既精神去昅昅
呢次就同大家分享吓網上 food blogger – Wholefully 既 “Red wine hot chocolate 食譜”:
所需材料:
• 2/3杯半甜巧克力碎片 (chocolate chips)
• 2/3 杯紅葡萄酒
• 1/2 杯牛奶
• 2湯匙糖 (糖的份量可自行決定)
• 鹽少許
• 1/2茶匙雲尼拿油
做法:
• 將巧克力碎片,葡萄酒,牛奶,和糖在中低熱的小鍋裡混合。 不斷加熱攪拌,直至巧克力片融化。
• 熄火, 盛起, 加入雲尼拿油和鹽攪拌即成。
