超巿明星級酒款 Croix-Mouton ，大家對這M字頭應該見慣見熟

😉，一支在好年份也能衝擊RP90分的平民酒。

原名字是Chateau Mouton，但同一級莊Chateau Mouton Rothschild 毫無關係，也因為兩者名字太接近而鬧上法庭，最終要把名字改為現在的Chateau Croix-Mouton。

🔍文書記載酒莊由1881開始已有紀錄，但真正歷史可追溯至古羅馬時代該處已開始種植葡萄。1997年，由Jean-Philippe Janoueix接手，這位釀酒天才曾經當選Wine Grower of the Year ，師承著名釀酒師Michel Rolland ，在林裕森所著的「城堡裡的珍釀」也讚美他為英雄出少年，他接手了Croix-Mouton後翻新了酒莊的釀酒設施，從此酒莊出品質量突飛猛進。莊園面積70公頃，位於右岸較近Fronsac產區的位置，平均樹齡有43年，有50%的酒會放在法國橡木桶陳熟9個月才裝瓶。莊主同時擁有多家名莊如Pomerol的La Croix St George ，Sacre Coeur 和St Emilion 的La Confession等

📝酒評：Another of the small gems from proprietor Jean-Philippe Janoueix, the wine is soft, juicy with a dark ruby/purple color, ripe cherries on the palate, a medium body, low acidity and soft tannin, this is an attractive, fleshy medium-bodied wine to drink over the next 5-6 years. A sleeper of the vintage.
