望到以上每年穩定的高分，大家應該可以買得放心😄，葡萄採自Polkadraai Hill 最老只有5.5公頃的葡萄園，產量並不多，土壤以花崗岩質的壤土和黏土，放在法國木桶與大木桶(Foudre)發酵，然後與Lees一起陳熟10個月，再加1個月在不锈鋼桶陳熟然後裝瓶，討人喜愛的清爽酸度配上苿莉花和香茅氣息、蘋果、柑橘、芒果橙皮乾、杏脯、油桃、香李、入口清爽乾脆，還帶少許蜜餞蜂蠟、榛果、果仁的味道，平衡優雅，讓味蕾回歸最原始的自然😋

📝The 2017 Chenin Blanc is part of the"Old Vine Collective" with André Morgenthal. On the nose, the wine ismineral with dusty citrus peel and has subtle white flowers. On the palate, thewine continues with the white floral notes with a mineral core and citric finish.It is elegant and has fresh zippiness that will last years to come. It's a wellwell-made wine that is honest and drinks well now but can still be cellared ifyou like your whites with a touch more age.

The 2019 Chenin Blanc Biodynamic comes from two blocks that comprise the oldest vines on the estate. Matured in foudres and used barrels, like its Sauvignon counterpart, it sports a very subtle reduction on the nose that lends it edginess and complexity. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity. Wonderful mineral tones come through toward the long, fresh, saline finish. This cries out for oysters. A brilliant Chenin Blanc.
