🔎Pessac Leognan 知名的列級酒莊，酒莊名稱Latour取庭院內一座歷史悠久的古塔，是區內16家列級莊當中6家紅白酒均能入選列級行列之一，1871年一位德國酒商Edouard Kressmann非常欣賞此酒莊的出品，之後佢個仔Alfred在1930年買下Latour-Martillac，擴充酒莊規模並開始種植 Cabernet Sauvignon 和Merlot等紅葡萄，Latour-Martillac 的1934年份紅酒更被選上在英國國王 King George VI佐治六世加冕典禮用的指定酒款，名聲顯赫👍🏻，在1953年酒莊被評為Graves區的列級酒莊，成為了Pessac Leognan 名莊代表之一。由Kressmann家族管理至第四代，現在由兩Tristan 和 Loic接手管理，曾經聘用過Michel Rolland 和已故白酒之父Denis Dubourdieu為釀酒顧問，為今天高品質的出品奠定了良好的基礎，酒莊平均樹齡35 年，紅酒放橡木桶陳熟15-18個月，而近年在葡萄比例上加大了Petit Verdot的比例，使酒體發揮更為雄渾豐厚，以達至令人難忘之平衡口感🤤

From the Jean Kressmann family,Latour-Martillac has made major strides in quality in both white and red winesfor well over 10-15 years. The 2012 has a dense ruby/purple color, and betterintegration of oak is apparent in this medium to full-bodied wine that showslots of plum, blackcurrant, licorice and subtle earth. It is medium tofull-bodied, with ripe tannin and a long finish. It is another successful 2012from Pessac-Léognan, one of the top appellations in this vintage. Drink it overthe next 15-20 years.

Good full ruby. Initially restrained aromasof delicately smoky blackcurrant, ink and minerals turn more fruity and floralwith air. Enters the mouth clean and mineral, then turns increasingly lush andseamless, with sweet black cherry and blackberry flavors nicely framed by juicyacidity. Finishes bright and long, with building weight and sweetness. Apotentially outstanding, complex wine that has to be included in a short listof the most successful of the vintage. Another plus is all that flavor andstyle at a moderate 13% alcohol. Latour-Martillac has gone from theover-extracted, over-the-top wines of barely a decade ago to wines that aretruer and more typical of their terroir.
