Casanova di Neri（卡薩瓦酒莊）位於義大利著名的葡萄酒產區 Tuscany（托斯卡納），是當地一座著名的家族酒莊。酒莊的第一款Brunello di Montalcino 誕生於 1978年，隨後出品了Brunello di Montalcino Cerretalto 1981、 Rosso di Montalcino 1982、 Brunellodi Montalcino Tenuta Nuova 1993、PietradOnice 2000、IrRossodi Casanova di Neri 2006等,一系列廣受國內外媒體、領袖好評的葡萄酒。Casanova di Neri 酒莊的葡萄酒以品質穩定著稱，多次獲得《Wine Spectator》的認可 Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2001 Tenuta Nuova  曾在《Wine Spectator》Top100榜單中排名第一，同年份 Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2001 Cerretalto葡萄酒獲得 Wine Spectator 雜誌 100分的滿分評價。

酒莊建於1971 年，GiovanniNeri 先生在位於義大利中部的 Montalcino（蒙塔希諾） 古城東邊約五公里處，買下這片名為Fiesole 的土地，創立 Casanovadi Neri 酒莊，他對挖掘 Montalcino產區的風土和潛力有著巨大的熱情。雖然Neri 家族沒有悠久的釀酒經驗，但在多年的努力下，已經成為當地重要的明星級酒莊。1991年，Giovanni Neri 先生的兒子 Giacomo Neri接手經營。

Asso River（環繞艾莎河）的 Cerretalto（賽拉托）葡萄園，由於風土獨特，該園產出的老藤 Sangiovese果串小且有序，風味與眾不同。隨後，酒莊又在風土和光照俱佳的地區相繼買下了Le Cetine（樂色廷）和Pietradonice（皮特拉鐸尼斯）等6 處葡萄園。如今，酒莊葡萄園面積達63 公頃，種植了Sangiovese、Cabernet Sauvignon、Vermentino和 Grechetto（格萊切多）葡萄。多樣的風土、理想的微氣候、充足的光照加上樹齡適宜的葡萄樹造就了Casanova di Neri 酒莊頗具辨識度的葡萄酒。

酒莊的釀酒車間建有三層地下結構，不僅具有自然的涼爽室溫，而且能充分利用重力，從而減少能源消耗。酒莊的葡萄原料全部采自自有葡萄園，從採摘到釀造都受到精心呵護。葡萄酒于控溫不銹鋼桶中發酵，為了最大限度展現葡萄本身的品質，提取果實中最精華的單寧、顏色和風味物質，過程中不採用淋皮工序。發酵完成的酒液將進入兩個寬闊的橡木桶陳放室進行陳釀。酒莊相信，對原料的干涉越少，釀成的葡萄酒越能展現其葡萄的卓越。

The 2004 Brunello di Montalcino is a big, fruit-driven wine. Made in a concentrated, opulent style, this Brunello offers tons of fruit and a round, soft personality. There isn't too much nuance in the wine today, but that should develop in bottle. The long, polished finish invites a second taste. For now, this remains one of the more overtly fruit-forward wines of the vintage. The entry-level Brunello spends roughly 40 months in large, neutral oak.

Blackberries and blueberries on the nose. Full-bodied, with silky and racy tannins, as well as a hint of vanilla. Long and pretty. Very clean. Needs a little time to open.

Lighter in style and consistency than this producer's past Brunellos, this wine represents a return to Montalcino tradition. Aromas include red cherry, wet earth, white mushroom and tobacco. In the mouth, the wine is tight, firm and long lasting.
