凱隆世家（Chateau Calon Segur）位於法國波爾多梅多克（Medoc）的聖埃斯泰夫村（Saint-Estephe），在1855分級（The 1855 Classification）中位列三級莊，在與二級名莊玫瑰莊園（Chateau Montrose）相鄰。
是梅多克歷史最為悠久的酒莊之一，18世紀初，Nicolas-Alexandre de Segur入主Chateau Calon Segur，酒莊迎來了重要的歷史發展時期。Nicolas-Alexandre de Segur可謂當時葡萄酒界叱吒風雲的頭號人物，他同時還擁有拉菲古堡（Chateau Lafite Rothschild）、拉圖城堡（Chateau Latour）以及木桐酒莊（Chateau Mouton Rothschild）三座頂級名莊，曾擔任波爾多議會主席，法國國王路易十五（Louis XV）還曾戲稱他為“葡萄酒王子”。 但是 Nicolas-Alexandre de Segur 卻對凱隆世家情有獨鍾，他說：“我雖然在拉菲和拉圖釀造葡萄酒，但是我的心卻在凱隆。”也正因為這樣，一個心型圖案至今仍然印在 Chateau Calon Segur 葡萄酒的標籤上，向後人傾述侯爵對Chateau Calon Segur的一片癡心。
有人也把 Chateau Calon Segur 的酒稱為“愛之酒”，因為在日本連續劇《神之水滴》中，美食評論家木神原夫婦到拉梅盧餐廳慶祝結婚紀念日，兩人因誤會而爭執。佐竹幫他們選了一款 Chateau Calon Segur，夫婦倆在品嘗的過程中，漸漸消了氣，最後終於在酒香中言歸於好。
這支酒勾起了女主角片桐的回憶，男友曾用這種酒向她求婚，但她因為事業心強而拒絕了。沒想到五年後兩人再度相逢，原以為彼此還有機會，沒想到男友已琵琶別抱，令片桐情何以堪。佐竹以同樣的酒向她說明，要遭逢酒最好喝的高峰期實屬難事，但各個時期的酒都有其特色所在，可以用不同的心情去品味。
該年份還是已故莊園主人Madame Gasqueton 親自操刀，她以釀造轉統波爾多酒而聞名。極少見的獨特地貌，地表的厚礫石層，于第四紀形成於河流沉積，覆蓋在第三紀時期形成的以黏土為主的深厚土壤層之上，在全新的法國橡木桶熟成20個月。強勁、集中的單寧，緊密、層次感豐富的結構。

The 2009 Calon-Ségur is deep garnet in color and opens with a beautiful fragrance of redcurrant preserves, cassis, black cherry compote and red roses plus nuances of cigar box and cinnamon stick. Medium-bodied and wonderfully elegant in the mouth, it has a compelling line of very ripe, fine-grained tannins and oodles of freshness supporting the fragrant layers, finishing long and perfumed.

Delivers gorgeous aromas of blackberry, blueberry and licorice, with hints of tobacco and spice. Full-bodied, offering a lovely texture and refinement. Very long and beautiful, with tangy acidity and lively fruit. A rich, yet very balanced, Calon. This is almost all Cabernet Sauvignon instead of the normal blend with 40 percent Merlot. The château is now using 100 percent new wood. Like the changes.

With a lot of fennel and earth character this is a classic St.-Estèphe, but on the palate it has a suppleness that's modern in the best sense. Needs time to soften. Drink or hold.

Good dark red. Musky, highly complex nose offers plum, blackcurrant, camphor, menthol, violet and lavender. Remarkably silky and fine-grained, combining outstanding subtle concentration and terrific inner-mouth energy. This very rich but classically dry Saint-Estephe finishes with lush, noble tannins and outstanding complexity. A great vintage for this estate, and a classic claret in a traditional style.

Blueberries, blackberries, spearmint, currants and sweet spices on the nose. Mocha and walnuts, too. Lots of flavor here, with a medium to full body and muscular yet velvety tannins that melt seamlessly into the wine. Long, polished and delicious already. Keeps going.

Tasted from an ex-château bottle at BI Wine & Spirits Calon-Segur dinner in London. The 2000 Calon Segur is one of those wines that reminds you how great the millennial vintage could be. Now at fifteen years old, it has a brilliant, vivacious red berry nose infused with ash and cigar box aromas. The detail here is a beguiling and it just "sings" Saint Estèphe. The palate is medium-bodied with dense, firm tannin that provide a rigid backbone, but it is swathed in copious tobacco-drenched black fruit and a superb line of acidity. It finishes with a twist of bitter cherry on the finish that completes what is a deeply impressive Calon-Ségur; it might just outclass the 2005.
🏅Wine Enthusiast 93 pts (TF540 A - 2000年)
This is a solid, huge wine with rich very dry tannins. With its dense, almost black color and its sense of brooding power, it promises long aging. It will never be in the opulent Bordeaux camp. Despite its prominent new wood flavors, but will outlive all but a handful top wines.
