💁🏻‍♂️Chateau Cantemerle佳得美是上梅多克區的列級名莊，與眾多列級莊一樣，擁有非常悠久的歷史。自1147年起，這裡就開始了葡萄的種植和葡萄酒的釀造。由於天然優越的環境，賦予了她的酒極好的品質，再加上歷代主人孜孜不倦的辛勤耕耘，酒的品質得到了廣泛的認同。在莊主Baroness Caroline de Villeneuve的引領下，佳得美在1855年的波爾多上梅多克區列級名莊評選中，從上千個莊園中脫穎而出，成為上梅多克區僅有的五個榜上有名的莊園之一。

在當選為列級莊之後，莊園的發展進入了全盛時期。可惜好景不長，Baroness Caroline de Villeneuve去世後，莊園的經營每況愈下，葡萄園面積也日益縮小。後來莊園賣給了Bubos家族，但情況一直沒能得到徹底的改善。葡萄園的發展跌落到了谷底。直到上個世紀的80年代，佳得美被法國SMABTP集團收購才重獲新生，展開新的一頁。

新老闆Albert Parment是一個葡萄酒發燒友，他在接手之後，對莊園進行了徹底的改造：重新擴大了葡萄的種植面積，從原來的48英畝，擴展到現在的   222英畝(約90公頃)。這一舉動在當時是頗為冒險的，因為佳得美的土地在上梅多克區屬於次優質的等級，而他擴展的一片林地和公園區域非常靠近另外一個莊園Route des 莊後面，Route de s莊離著名的瑪歌村南部僅有幾英里之遙，瑪歌村的土質跟佳得美莊園裡的有很大的差別。這同時也體現了法國的葡萄酒法定產區的管制的科學性和嚴謹性，因為不同產區的土質對葡萄的個性和品質會產生一定的影響。莊園的董事總經理   Phillippe Dambrine 說道，上梅多克區的土質跟瑪歌完全不一樣，即使土壤比較靠近瑪歌村，也不會對葡萄品質造成不良影響，反而能增加其與眾不同的個性。1855年的評級就是對佳得美這片土地的肯定，他非常有信心能在這塊土地上釀出好酒來。除了莊園的擴展外，他還根據現今葡萄酒市場的發展趨勢，優化了莊園裡的各個葡萄品種的種植比例，重新購買了新的釀酒設施，改良了酒裡各個葡萄品種所占的百分比。這一系列的改革令這款列級名莊酒變成一款既可年輕飲用，又能陳年收藏的精品。這使佳得美在重新上市後迅速贏得一片讚美之聲。

 

新的佳得美顏色深濃、華麗高雅，擁有持久濃郁的花果香和柔和舒服的清香。在充滿了水果味的口感中竟帶有非常難得的精緻和優雅。這一款酒在年輕時飲用，您會感受到她濃郁的果香，還有橡木桶賦予的香草味道，非常誘人。若干陳年後，該酒又有另一番成熟風韻，複雜而醇厚，綢滑的單寧令您的味覺有一種無與倫比的舒服感受。這是一款可以稱為藝術品的葡萄酒，難怪佳得美廣受葡萄酒愛好者的追捧。

Chateau Cantemerle酒莊在泡皮時並不淋汁，但讓泡皮延長為三星期，加上酒精發酵約一星期，前後約28-30天，只採用30%的新桶來培養葡萄酒，12個月後就裝瓶以免果味消失。酒莊總管Philippe Dambrine甚至選用10%的美國橡木製成的木桶來培養副牌   Les Allees de Cantemerle ，好讓酒在年輕時就充滿豐富的香味。 Chateau Cantemerle的酒標很能呈現其輕柔雅致的風格，不過Les Allees de Cantemerle這個副牌的酒標更是存在一種寧靜致遠的美感，表現出   Chateau Cantemerle 位於一整片的森林之中，從大門到酒莊開車需要一段時間的意象，很幽靜。

呈紫羅蘭色，帶有濃郁的黑加侖子、黑梅、桑梅、覆盆子、藍莓和紫羅蘭花的香氣，醒酒30-45分鐘後，出現橡木桶陳釀所帶來的淡淡的朱古力、雪松、橡木桶、雲尼拿等舒服味道，酸度平衡、中等偏厚的酒體、甜美柔滑的單寧和濃郁的果香使葡萄酒揉合得非常美味！

Dry tannins and juicy fruit give this wine its structure while also bringing out the freshness of the vintage. There is a fine, juicy character that is already attractive.

Barley, walnut-shell and blackberry character. Full body. Chewy tannins and a flavorful finish. A little lean and tight now and needs some time to soften. 

🏅Decanter 92 pts

Rich plum colour, 20% down on volume due to frost but still delivering plenty of damson fruit on the nose. This feels slick and well extracted, with smoked grilled notes from oak. Dark fruits, extremely polished, not as concentrated as some vintages so no need to wait too long, but this really manages to deliver polished fruit and an overall enjoyable experience. 40% new oak. Drinking Window 2023 - 2038.

🏅Vinous 92 pts

A real sleeper, the 2017 Cantemerle has turned out beautifully. Cedar, sweet tobacco, menthol, licorice and incense add pretty aromatic top notes in this super-refined Haut-Médoc. More than anything else, the 2017 stands out for its exceptional balance and alluring personality. This is a terrific showing. 

🏅Wine Spectator 90 pts

 Ripe and forward in feel, with a fun blast of black cherry pâte de fruit and plum compote notes. A light anise and apple wood frame keeps this in check through the finish. Shows good freshness despite the ebullient persona. Should knit up a bit with moderate cellaring. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
